So I know I am the worst but I really don’t like The Slap, even though the explanation is interesting to me. Like, I also hated the thing with the people kissing for the first time. I don’t know. Part of my complaint is that while there is some variety in the men, most of the women differ only in clothing styles.
I’ve been loving all the responses to sexist dress codes. All the posters and fliers are inspirational and make me wish I were braver in school as a kid. These gents are among some of my favorites! The one doing the Angelina leg is killing it.
Speaking of schools, Jessica Williams on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart did a great job explaining the climate/obstacle course of sexual menace that women have to navigate in college. I’d highly recommend you watch the whole video!
