Yeesh. Kids are kind of the farthest thing from my mind right now but let’s see if I can tackle this.

Honestly, lifestyle aside, I don’t know about kids to begin with. I’m an ambitious person and this country still doesn’t provide adequate childcare, maternity leave and support for working women. I also want to do a lot of traveling and experience a lot of things that would be hard to do when making children a priority. Sir’s the same way.

Certainly, poly and kink do complicate the already massive responsibilities of parenthood. I think we’d both make pretty good parents, though, with some serious growing up. I’ve done a lot of work with children and Sir’s much older than his siblings, which has made their relationship more quasi-parental than anything else. 

But, I think I’d be happy enough if it turned out that it was just Sir and I. I like the little space we create when it’s just us. I’d be happy just kind of chilling out with him for however long we’re together (and then fucking other people but then coming home to him.)
