Sorry for the infrequent and sparse updates and the dangling chapter on my threesome story. This is a very busy few weeks for me. So wish me some luck with all the crazy shit I have to deal with?
I have started lifting with a new group of people. Some old familiar faces who’ve come along to this, but it’s a group of people who compete. I’m trying to, at best, motivate myself to get to that level or, at the very least, challenge myself.
That said, I haven’t yet figured out the magic calibration of protein and carbohydrates, so I keep getting sleepy around this time and literally, if I put my head down, I’ll just doze off. Which makes me think I might start having to eat meat again, which I reeeeeeally don’t wanna do. So to any vegetarian/vegan/pescatarian lifters I might have following: any advice?
