The guy in them is a tumblr user by the name of joshishollywood. a couple years back he was outed has having sexually harassed multiple underage girls on tumblr. The source doesn’t lead back to him because he’s left the visible eye of social media, but nevertheless the pictures are still him and he took them years ago.
