Well, thank you, I’m glad you liked it. And, yeah, a girl I wound up in a lot of classes with my last year in college, but didn’t end up getting to know as well as I would have liked to, was the same. She could “pass” for white and people would be super obnoxious and make benevolently racist comments like “but you’re totally not Asian so it’s fine” and “you just look like an exotic white girl, it’s so pretty and cool.” Eyeroll.
