It may be true that everyone deserves a chance, and that everyone also deserves a second chance. But you don’t have to be the person that gives them those chances. If your instincts say no then that’s enough. Life is full of chances. Let it go and let them find their chance somewhere else. Don’t lose your own chances because you keep giving them away to someone who wastes them.
