In order to move on, from anything in life- you must first understand why you felt what you did and why you no longer need to feel it. Shadow work, also know as the original wound. Learn to trace back uncomfortable feelings until you find the original source. No one can ever emotionally hurt us. The pain always steams from within. Others show us where we are wounded & what we must heal. One must take responsibility for what they feel. Being aware of our thoughts, emotions & actions is the first step in healing.
