please remember that in a healthy, adult relationship (romantic or not), you should be able to talk about things that are bothering you. if you are bottling up your emotions and holding it against someone when you haven’t told them what is wrong, you’re not engaging in healthy behaviour. but also, if your friend/significant other makes you feel as though you can’t talk about what bothers you- i.e. has made you feel guilty/gotten extraordinarily angry when things were brought up in the past- they are not engaging in healthy behaviour.

What happens when you scream out of your window in Sweden at night

I’m swedish and you probably think this is a joke, but its true

This mostly happens in areas where a lot of students live.

The scream usually happens in the evening from what I know but I might be wrong. People do this to relieve stress since a lot of people have tests and assignments at the same time, it is a tradition that dates back to at least the 1970’s.

Swedes are the biggest fucking circlejerkers in the world I swear to god if you do something wacky everyone will tag along and it’s great

Stockholm, Sweden – My home, my life, my nightly screaming due to university.

Street Artist: Pantonio

Antonio Correia aka Pantonio (born 1975) is one of the most prolific and influential artists of the street art scene in Lisbon. He is  known for his large-scale murals of dynamically abstract animal-hybrids. The internationally recognized artist began his career in the 1990s and holds the record for the largest mural in Europe, which can be found in Paris. Pantonio’s blue, black, and white colour palette, along with his characteristic sea-creatures, reveal influences from his home island, Azores.

You can see more of Pantonio’s recent work on his Facebook.
