But speaking as a person that works in cosmetics for a living (for a high end brand that is actually worth the money), QUALITY DOES NOT ALWAYS EQUAL PRICEY.
Fortunately for us, brands like ___ exist!

Oh, I know… I stay with NYX and Colourpop and them.
