why do non-black people of color always do this? why make everything about black people about you?

Black latinas dont exist? That girl is a damn mess

they never miss a chance

How exactly does one represent an ethnicity that’s made up of multiple races???

I am so tired of this because we are never allowed to be exclusive when we do something for black people. We always have to be inclusive because people simply get offended by something being all black. But, when black people get upset at NO REPRESENTATION AT ALL BY ALL MEDIA/ENTERTAINMENT/FASHION OUTLETS we’re told “Well, go make your own!”

^^^^^^^^okay⁉️
Meanwhile, how many Latinas even recognize Afro-Latinas? They’re just the Blacks…

Being black is like being the mother of POC. NBPOC think we should create rallies, protests, visibility days, and (apparently) dolls for them. But what POC group (as a whole, not just a few members), are repping for us? Every culture has a slur for black people but then they want us to be their guard dogs.

I’m all for solidarity, but why is it that everyone always expects us to do the hard work?

I feel like being Black/African American makes us the posterchildren for other ethnicities. Like oh, “Black people have something that specifically represents them, that’s nice, BUT WHY DON’T WE!?
