I suspect that the reason you don’t feel desperate is because you are the one in charge. You are the one deciding when you’ll cum, and somewhere deep down that desperate feeling ins’t there because you know in the end its just up to you.
Its different when you truly have that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach that this time you won’t be allowed to cum, or if you are, it won’t be enough for you. That genuine fear and anticipation is where the arousal and desperation come from.
