No touching (including nipples) for at least one out of any five minutes. (i.e. After any given four minutes of touching you must take a one minute break.) You can still browse tumblr, etc, during that minute, but no touching.
Each time you cum increase the no-touch time by a minute out of any five minutes. Do this for two weeks… which means you only get four orgasms, and less touch each time you cum. Spend them wisely.
